I've placed my order - After you've placed your order we will send you an email when your order has left our warehouse. We'll also confirm the name of the carrier that will be delivering your order and provide a tracking number. Next day orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, and next day orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns - We hope you’ll love this product, but if you do want to return or exchange it for any reason, you can. As long as we receive it within 14 days from the date of delivery, and it remains in a re-sellable condition, we’ll give you a refund. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, damaged or simply isn’t what you ordered, we’ll cover the cost of return postage.
