Our pack of Roasting Bags contains 10 individual bags, complete with tie wraps, for both oven and microwave use. Each bag is constructed from food-grade polyester, cooking meat evenly while sealing in juices for a tasty result every time.
To use, season the meat as usual and shake a tablespoon of flour inside the bag to prevent hot juices from splashing. Place meat in the bag and tie loosely with one of the ties provided, then place in a deep roasting tin and cut 6 slits in the top of the bag. Lastly, place the bag in the middle or the bottom of the oven to avoid exceeding desired temperatures.
