Swirl decorations twist down from the ceiling to fill the empty space above a party, and a cluster of them turns a plain room into something festive fast. Hang them in odd numbers at different heights over the dance floor or food table, mixing plain foils with themed cut-outs. They sit alongside the rest of our hanging decorations, garlands and wider party decorations. Use a pin or a dab of low-tack tape in the ceiling, and stagger the drop lengths so they don't all dangle at eye level.
